After thirty-three years on York Road in Lutherville, Drs. Gehris, Jordan, Day and Associates, LLC relocated this office to the St. Joseph's Medical Campus.
Renowned in the Greater Baltimore area, Dr. Gehris is board certified in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 1982.
Several of our practitioners are trained to evaluate allergies and to administer immunotherapy (shots) for allergy.
Our Audiologists test hearing and balance. They are armed with excellent technology for this, and can fit and dispense a wide variety of hearing aids. Drs. Gehris and Lawson are certified to perform the surgery necessary for implantable hearing aids.
Our competency extends from ear and balance disorders through sinus conditions, throat, tonsil and swallowing problems, sleep apnea and much more.
We also provide cancer treatment of the head and neck area, including major salivary gland tumors, and larynx (voice-box). We work closely with the leading oncologists in the area to provide the best possible outcome, with a focus on organ preservation.
All the providers in the group spend as much time as possible at continuing medical education, and we are actively engaged in teaching residents in the office. Family practice and internal medicine residents from the Franklin Square Hospital Center and Nurse Practitioner students from the University of Maryland rotate at our offices. The practitioners belong to numerous professional associations and are also involved in peer review and departmental administrations at many area hospitals. The practice maintains close ties to our ENT departments at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland, consulting with colleagues at these excellent centers to provide top notch care for our patients.
