Nancy Solowski, MD joined Drs. Gehris, Jordan, Day & Associates in 2013.
After earning a Master’s degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from UMDNJ/Rutgers Graduate School, Dr. Solowski received her medical degree from MCP-Hahnemann University (now Drexel University College of Medicine) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She completed her surgical residency in the Department of Otolaryngology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. During that time, she also undertook a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship at Washington University. Dr. Solowski received additional training and experience in laryngology as a fellow/clinical instructor at Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Georgia.
Dr. Solowski is a member of the Academy of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery as well as the American Medical Association. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, and has presented her work at local and national conferences.
Dr. Solowski sees both pediatric and adult patients with diseases of the thyroid/parathyroid glands, sinonasal diseases, head and neck cancers, and other general Otolaryngologic disorders. She also specializes in Recurrent Respiratory Papillomas (RRP), swallowing difficulties, and reflux disorders, as well as the treatment and care of recreational and professional voice users.
